Faster to pull your own teeth out! Dont turn up to appointments now if we did that id expect a charge. No more excuses turn up and treat patients

Am absolutely disgusted with this place, my 4 year old had cracked his tooth, took him for an appointment in October 2018 and was told to come back in 3 weeks so the dentists could speak to her colleague, returned 3 weeks later and was told a hospital referal would be sent for my son, nearly 3 months then passed so I called tooth booth and turns out no referal was sent. We then got a phone call from the hospital a week later with an appointment. Hospital told us my son should have been prescribed medication for tooth. He is now going to have to undergo a GA in hospital to have tooth removed. Needles to say I am fuming and will be reporting this sham of a dentist to NHS England
