    Took my daughter in for an appointment and they advised me I also had an appointment after her. I told them I didn't book an appointment and I'm not registered anymore as its been too long as I've tried too book previously and he assured me I definitely have an appointment and asked me to sit in the chair. As someone who has been very frightened and anxious about the dentist, this in itself was a very scary thing for me and I was very uncomfortable. I sat down he checked my teeth and gave me and xray and told me I needed some treatment as my gum disease was very bad and I was facing tooth loss. He then asked me if I was a teacher and I said no and he stated that's what his records said. He double checked and then advised me I did not have an appointment and I am not registered and they are not accepting NHS patients. I've now left the dentist distressed as I'm aware how difficult it is to register anywhere right now. Never known anything so shocking to force me to have an appointment which I knew I did not have but they wouldn't not listen to me, confusing me with another patient and worrying me about needing treatment which I'm now not able to receive. Complete shambles!
