I had a leak with my Hounsfield boiler rang and spoke with James and sent a few pictures who then arranged for Owen to come out the next day! Contacted today and spoke with James who was extremely helpful regarding a fault with a boiler I inherited when I moved to my property. Not only did Owen come out and diagnose the problem ( and find several faults from previous repairs in the process) he fixed the problem as well all free of charge as well, absolutely fantastic customer service I can't thank you enough I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have just had a Hounsfield boiler fitted. It is excellent. The plumber recommended did a good job and the company always communicated promptly. The invoicing was clearly itemised. I can recommend this company.
