        Had a problem with lost signal from sattellite dish. A fault with the quad LNB was suspected but the new type may not fit old style dish. A quote was given for a new dish if required. Engineer came next day and confirmed LNB fault but no new dish would be required. Job done. Could have just replaced everything. Genuine 5 star service. Thank you.

        A massive thank you to everyone at Needham Aerials. From start to finish their service was incredible, they were prompt, efficient and totally professional. From Simon and Carl in the office who patiently talked me through my options (I freely admit to knowing nothing!) to Topsy and Tony who installed our system and went out of their way to ensure that I knew what I was doing. A great bunch of guys and a standard of service rarely seen nowadays.
