        A reasonably good service with a few chosen key workers that work very hard and supportive to the patient,my father. Not so organised with a structural care plan. Having said that the key workers looking out for my father showed true strength, courage and commitment. Vivid Care provided 24 care and attention to my dearly beloved father's side. For this I commend them

        The most irresponsible and poor service provided of care to people on the spectrum. Hygiene is appalling. Did not provide PPE For their carers working in my house and infected me with Covid last year March 2020. I almost lost my life and spent 3 weeks in hospital. They also infected my daughter and my special need son was neglected. I will not have Vivid care care for a pet not talking of human beings. Their rating should be poor.. What vivid community care sows is what they will reap. They also lie a lot and care about financial gain than the clients.
