Medicines Plus Pharmacy

Contrary to the other posts on here I found the staff and Pharmacist very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant when I popped in today. Thanks for your excellent help. Will definitely use again.

Absolutely dreadful service from a place we rely on for much needed medication, went in to collect medication, assistant checked on the screen and took great delight in telling me that NO it hadnt come through from the surgery and I needed to go back to the surgery to check. I returned to surgery to be told yes it had been sent over 2 weeks ago and they would put through another script then I would have enough meds. On returning to the shop the next day I was confronted by the same assistant who then said that it wasnt on the screen and that she had checked all the boxes and checked with the pharmacist the previous day - a blatant lie which I found insulting, the pharmacist came through and guess what found it straight away on the screen - no apologies from either of them, he made up the second script and said I would have to be prepared to wait for them to find the previous meds but as I was in so much pain I just wanted to get home and take my medication. I have heard quite a few bad reports about this pharmacy and now understand why, do they not realise that we dont collect medication for the fun of it but because we need to and without our custom they wouldnt have their jobs!
