My daughter found her prom dress here, she had seen it elsewhere for 450 which I couldn't afford, we went to Seconda and there it was, had been altered and fitted her perfectly for half the price!! The owner was so helpful and now it's my youngest daughters time for prom and this will be my first stop!!

I found Secondary Dress Agency to be full of lovely quality clothes, shoes, bags, and hats, not to mention the very friendly and helpful owner Carol, I will most certainly be visiting again soon.

Was told when I left things to sell, I would get 50% of sale price but only received 12.50 from a 30 sale. Was then given back my dress which had been damaged while in the care of the shop!! Asked what could be done to be told I left the dress at my own risk and she "didn't think it happened there" I wouldn't have taken it to be sold if it was damaged. Very disappointed with the overall experience, wouldn't waste my time in the future would have been better off keeping them both in my wardrobe that taking here.
