        I recently stayed at Newlands farm and while I had a generally pleasant experience, there were a few things that could have been improved. I noticed that the cleanliness of the place could have been better. Additionally, the pillows provided were not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Finally, the walls were a bit thin, which meant that I could hear my neighbors at times. The train going at night not going to be very pleasant for light sleepers. But the location is good, not too long of a drive to the town and other lake district touristy places.
