Cloud Nine Glamping Norfolk

After the press coverage a few weeks before our stay, we were worried! But we had a brilliant time and we honestly couldn't fault them. The team were all extremely helpful and friendly, the facilities were great (beds were amazingly comfy in the luxury bell tents, showers were very clean). Lots of nice touches like the tent to do your hair and make etc... It had a great, relaxed festival type vibe. We had 6 kids from 9-4 and they all had a blast. Site feels very secure. Activities were great... I would recommend a stay with these guys...

This weekend really did live up to expectations. It had such a relaxed festival feel to it, but without all the queues!!! Kids had a blast, there was so much for them to do. The bouncy castle (assault course) was a real hit, as well as the trampolines and the silent disco - amazing!! Probably the thing that made it work so well was the staff. They were all so well trained, polite, friendly and accommodating. The only slightly less than amazing part was the lakeside dining, service was very slow and menu could have been more exciting. But all in all, we had a really great time. Would go again!

Was really nervous given all the negative social media and press reviews. However, this was not our experience. Cloud 9 have clearly acted on feedback from first opening and we had an absolutely amazing time. Staff were fantastic, accommodation and showering facilities great. The activities were awesome my 11 and 8 year old loved axe throwing, laser tag and tree climbing. The story telling was like a theatre production - so good! Yes it is nose bleedingly expensive - you knew that when you paid a small ransom for a yurt though. Pack loads of food as we were slightly disappointed with the food offering but they are adequate and the pizza and fish and chips are YUM! We didnt eat in the restaurant as the pricing was quite frankly ridiculous. We ate outside the tent ( as did most people) the kids made friends, we made friends - a really lovely chilled atmosphere. Would definitely return!

Seamless ! As a family we had the best time from Beginning to end. Bell tent was magical, kids activities were perfect, family activities too! Super Friendly and helpful staff, good vibes all round. Our kids have been desperate to return as are we :-)
