I recently lost one of the studs for the tassels on my Fairfax & Favor Explorer boots, and contacted Chloe and Jordan via the chat option on the company website. They were incredibly responsive, wonderfully helpful, prompt, and very kind in finding a resolution to my issue. I LOVE the boots themselves ( as I do another pair of Regina boots I have), but am more enthusiastic than ever about this company and their product, knowing that their customer service is stellar. I wish them every success, as they open up in the North American market!

I've been buying (and my husband) F&F for many years now, I've always found the customer care to be excellent but Megan absolutely smashed it on this last purchase. There were some scratches on the leather handle and shoulder strap of my Sunset Orange Tetbury. I'd already had to return one and was gutted when I found the replacement was covered in scratches. I wrote a review and to my surprise F&F contacted me. Megan spent so much time on this, firstly sending me a new handle free of charge, then later when I inspected the shoulder strap and found scratches on this too I contacted her again and she sent me another one of those too, free of charge. Not just sent, sent overnight DPD, absolutely first class service. Not many companies would choose overnight DPD when they're sending out a free replacement. That just shows how good F&F are. I have a lot of F&F products and it's very rare that I find a quality issue so my confidence in the brand is unshaken. The fact that Megan really did go above and beyond to make sure I had a beautiful bag just shows how much they care about their customer's being able to enjoy their products. Again that's rare for a company these days. Well done Megan you are a super star! x

I have found the brand personnel knowledgeable professional and helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and the quality of the product is outstanding.
