We were extremely pleased with Dave's service from the beginning until completion of our log burner installation. Professionalism, reliability and thoroughness are the qualities we would use to describe Dave's service. We shopped around quite a bit before we chose Kent Hearth and Home and we decided to go with them due to their great reviews, competitive quote and wide range of stoves, hearths and brick designs available as others would only offer one hearth type which we didn't like. We also appreciated that Dave kept us updated regularly via Facebook messages or texts and we dealt directly with him from the beginning until the end. Also, his original quote was very clear as it included VAT and was priced for the whole job whereas other quotes we got were priced by the number of days or half days it would be likely to take to complete the job in so if it ended up taking longer they would've charged us more at the end, whereas Dave's price was fair and we knew what to expect with no surprises regarding the fees. I'd rather choose someone who takes their time and does a great job than someone who's watching the clock and rushing. We would definitely recommend Kent Hearth and Home to anyone looking to get a log burner fitted. Many thanks Dave!
