        A young boy served me who looked like he was 15 years old. Not experienced or professional, just takes your post without any advice or help on the item being sent. Paid 1st class signed for for a very important document and it took 9 days to arrive and caused me hell. No advice to post next day and of timescales. Infact no conversation at all. I missed my deadline and had to make phonecalls for hour long queue. ROYAL MAIL tracking was also no help at 9 days delivery.

        Terrible service queues are so long they go outside. A young man is a school boy can,t even serve you like post office staff do and wouldn,t go to him again because he is no help and shouldn,t be dealing with customers having such an important role that can,t be wrong. Inexperience, no advice or options given. Sent incorrectly to my decision affected my post and ruined my post being sent how it was. EVRI every time from now on!

        Just renewed my passport (I was dreading it!!!) but Debbie made the whole process totally painless. She was quick, friendly explained everything in full. Highly recommended face to face so much easier than attempting online!!!
