Chris and Max recently removed old render and re-rendered the rear and gable end of our barn conversion. It was not an easy job and the weather was not kind to them. We were kept informed of all aspects of the job and Chris answered all of our questions during all phases of the work. Chris worked tirelessly to re render the front of our old terraced house. His work was meticulous in all of the stages, removing old render, applying all the new layers and the final render etc.His work showed his skill and determination to complete a job to perfection. He responded promptly to all our emails, showed up when he said and worked tirelessly. We changed our minds about things as the job progressed and he dealt with us very professionally and patiently! Chris impressed us at our first meeting with his professional attitude, since he arrived on time and explained in full what processes would be required when using the K-Render system to obtain the best results for our bungalow. On completion, the finish on the render was beyond our expectations and our bungalow looks superb. The refurbishment of our bungalow required work both inside and out and from the start Chris and his team were punctual, polite, tidy, caring and always worked to the highest standards. Chris kept us up to date at every stage and expertly organised electricians and plumbers to work along side his team. His keen eye for quality control always ensured top workmanship. We recently had some walls repaired and three rooms skimmed by Chris and are very pleased with the results. Chris offered a competitive quote and was polite, professional and flexible throughout. In terms of the work, it was completed to a high standard and we were kept updated on progress and plans. Chris clearly has an eye for detail and the job was kept very tidy too. All in all, we're very pleased and would be happy to recommend.
