I started my fitness journey with Tom to build my confidence in using gym equipment and to create a program to meet my specific goals! Toms an excellent personal trainer very professional, friendly, and made me work hard! As well as creating me a fitness plan he helped me with nutritional plan. I would Highly recommend Tom I now have the confidence to workout on my own !!!! His enthusiasm for his job and his clients success is 10/10

Tom is an excellent personal trainer and I would highly recommend him. I've been working with Tom since January 2021. Throughout our time working together, Tom has not only helped improve my fitness levels but he has worked tremendously hard to build my confidence through encouragement and support. As well as the physical work, Tom has supported me with nutrition which wasn't quite as straight-forward as we had anticipated. Due to digestive issues, Tom's tried and tested methods weren't having the desired outcomes so Tom worked tirelessly with me, spending time outside of sessions to research, until we found a plan that worked. Very quickly, Tom established the exercises that would keep me motivated whilst ensuring progress and he has continued to keep it varied to keep my interest high. Whilst Tom is supportive and understanding of my wavering confidence, he will continue to gently push me out of my comfort zones (and increasingly not so gently) which has ultimately built my confidence, self-belief and enjoyment. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough. He is passionate about his job and cares about your successes as much as you do.

I booked 10 sessions with Tom with focus on fat burning and getting lean. Best money I have ever spent! Helped me get back into shape - 30kg loss. The one hour sessions were tailored to me and my goals and varied every week to keep things interesting. Great focus on showing/learning proper technique in lifting weights and learning new exercises which I will use in the future to tailor my own programs. Tom is a pleasure to train with - keeps things light hearted but also motivational at the same time. No doubt I will be back at some point to get some more pointers, if not some advice on nutrition.
