Have gone to Specsavers for years, both here and Australia. Always pleasant and efficient service, and never disappointed.

Made a new Distance pair of glasses instead of Reading glasses, so I now have 2 Distance the same instead of 1 of each. So another week to wait to get corrected from an error from the 1st problem being corrected. So 3 weeks of inconvenience. Not very happy at all. A Saturday appointment all for nothing and inconvenience.1st visit eye test.2nd visit collect glasses.3rd visit take back due to being advised not to choose what I did but went back to have what I did want.4th visit collect but wrong prescription made distance instead of reading.5th visit take back mistake they made.6th visit collect correct reading glasses! No apology 4th or 5th visit.

Not good at all, will not be using here again. The eye test gentlement on the 1st stage was so unprofessional, maybe new, but definately not suited to customer service. He didn,t position the machine correctly and I leaned so far forward to reach it, it hurt my back and was ridiculously uncomfortable to tests elsewhere and he needed to wake up no go in him, think it's how he is 7 days a week, cant see him improving, wrong career. Caotic. Disorganised. Prescription glasses made wrong. So much inconvenience and myther on their computers. Bad experience all round.
