Went to Charmaine on recommendation of my sister in law who has used charmed mortgages herself. Charmaine and Damien are absolute professionals and know the industry inside out. My circumstances were not straight forward, so I was amazed/ impressed when Charmaine was able to find more than one lender who could help. Even when she was ill, she continued to communicate and push my application forward to get things sorted in a timely manner without delay. We used charmed for both a Resi mortgage and buy to let and the process was smooth and faultless. Everything was dealt with and communicated exceptionally well and I couldnt have asked for more. Incredibly grateful to have have found Charmed mortgages, to help me but by next home. 10/10 or more or more if I could.
