Moving into a new house is exciting and getting the soft furnishings right is too but can be slightly daunting . My visit to Liz , with her encouragement and excellent product knowledge, made it easy. I was introduced to new ideas for poles and colour schemes, cushion colour ways were personalised to my needs and I am delighted with them all now they are in my new home. The fitting was excellent too. Super experience and customer service.

Well done to the fabulous team at Cloughs. I walked into the shop with my colour schemes for the walls of our kitchen but did not have a clear idea for the new blinds. After spending some time with me, Liz (with the patience of a saint) gave me a few sample swatchs to take home. It was Liz who then came to our house to measure up for blinds. It wasnt long before a phone call was received to say they were ready and to make arrangements for the fitment. We are absolutely delighted with them, they have had care and attention in the making and they match the colour scheme perfectly. So our thanks go to all the team, but Liz especially, for giving the personal touch to the heart of our house and giving it an exceptional beat. Lisa and David Shaw
