Thanks for the reply Callum but this is the third time it has happened now and I felt I should have left a review the second time but didnt.
The member of staff was gone for over half an hour, so unlikely to have just been going to the toilet. Customers shouldnt be having to wait all that time for the only staff member there to nip off not professional and not very good for business.
