One of the lady staff members needs to work on her customer service skills, very impolite. Very politely asked for a refund today bought an item only half an hour before, the lady didnt utter a word, huffed and puffed made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I walked out both ladies laughed (I guess one made a comment or something)
