        Bought expensive bra from here which failed after 2 uses. Was a while after purchase (lockdown) that I took item back to shop and wasn't looking for refund but staff extremely dismissive and not interested in obviously faulty item. Said they didn't believe me! I followed up complaint with polite email but never heard back. Avoid! Update: Business claims never received email sent to correct address on 9.6.22

        I can honestly say the ladies in this lovely shop know their stuff. They are helpful and friendly. I have big problems finding a bra to fit properly. I was measured, given great advice and was out of the shop wearing a new bra within half an hour. Thank you so much. I will definitely visit again when in the area or order online as you helpfully suggested.
