Very pleased with my gold necklace, with four interlocking rings each hand engraved with the names of our grandchildren for our anniversary. We found Mr Baldock very knowledgeable and helpful and wouldn't hesitate to use this business again.

My go to jeweller, great service, very friendly staff. Mr Baldock made me a pair of earrings to match an antique peridot necklace, they are amazing. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Absolutely avoid at any cost , I left my water resistant Bulgari watch there asking if they were sure they are able to change the battery of this kind of watch, of course is ready by tomorrow no receipt being given in the first place, 2 h later phone call weve realized this is an expensive watch so instead of tomorrow it will take other 4 days because well have to send it away to have it done, we dont do this type of watches in the shop, and to go back and get a receipt, so now I presume theyve open the watch they broke the seal and then call me, I was ok with having to wait for 4 days thinking , awww professional people , they wont do it if they are not capable to do it in the shop How wrong was I!!! Picked up after a week, I give someone a shampoo at the saloon and surprise the watch all steamed up, I took it back, apologizes been given, theyll sort it out, Another nearly a week later Ive been told by mister Baldock on the phone that my watch has prior ruggine and the buttons seal is worn out and its not them fault, but theyve dried it and is ready to collect, So a perfect watch now all of the sudden is not perfect anymore and is not them fault, Ive been told Im rude because Ive mention the lack of professionalism because Ive not been given a receipt and not been told that the watch wont be pressure tested and sealed after having the battery changed, Ive been told that I got the battery changed and this is what Ive asked for, without considering that after all this Ill have to cover the cost myself by sending the watch to Bulgari and have it sealed and perhaps cleaned and repaired which is gonna cost a fortune To top up the whole thing Ive been told to get out of his shop and that Im cheeky, and rude , so having a 3000 watch ruined and be treated like a cheeky rude person is unacceptable and obviously Im gonna press charges and claims against this arrogant mister Baldock which was keep seeing he is a professional and Im a hairdresser and he doesnt talk to people that dont know what they are talking about, Obviously Ill take them to court because I simply cannot stand dishonest people and companies, Also he said that Im trying to blame them and the problem is me, Avoid at any cost if you have an water resistant or waterproof watch because this people are not capable dealing with anything like this, Foolish me thinking they know what they do, Any professional Jewellers will tell you if they brake the seal and able to sealed back before you have a battery changed so you have the choice, this is a right , a costumer right

I have used the store a few years ago and was made to think they were giveing me a good deal.and now I know they just con people $2 there offer was for a item,told me it was worthless watch what you sell them if I was you.I get my item back tomorrow and if he was right I will rate his store 5 stars but if he was wrong like i think he was I will tell you all about it .Yes total rip off 3 he offered me when it's worth 20 that stay away he will rip you off
