I was bitterly disappointed in the service I received from Wrights Lettings. I rented a property in Hassall, Sandbach from 2020-Dec 2022. Jo repeatedly failed to follow up on maintenance issues. This left me living with black mould covering the walls in my bedroom for 18 months, this was later found to be caused by a leaking roof. The property also had rising damp and structural issues to external brickwork and render that were also ignored. Jo blamed the landlord, the landlord blamed Jo and I was caught in the middle. I had no option but to report the sub standard accommodation to the council who subsequently issued an improvement notice. Jo was evasive and unhelpful throughout and the landlord more so. I was advised by the housing officer to expect a sec 21 eviction notice because this is what landlords do when tenants complain sure enough in Oct 2022 I received 3 weeks notice of a rent increase from 725-795, I objected due to works being incomplete and the short notice. I was immediately served a sec 21 eviction notice. I would not recommend this letting agent nor the landlord.

Jo and her team were very professional from start to finish. The team at Wright's letting agents go above and beyond what is expected, making the whole process of letting very easy. We wouldn't consider using any one else. No wonder they have won multiple awards.

Wright Lettings, Jo and Steph, are absolutely the best. They've helped us every step of the way with our move, and went out of their way to make sure our let was organised. Five stars, frankly, isn't enough. Can't wait for moving day. Highly recommended.

After my last experience I can sincerely say that this agency is one of the best for me! Dealing seriously with your problem...fast and professional! 5 stars are to less for them !
