Really disappointed. The staff were lovely but they sold us a defective phone that kept crashing on us after just 1 day and had battery issues that then we had to go out of our way to exchange at another store. Clearly do not do enough checks on phones they see buying from customers so very disappointing.

Went in a very quiet Monday afternoon to trade in a couple things, staff member on the till didnt seem to have a clue what he was doing despite him being there for a while as Ive been served by him before. I traded in some Micro SD cards and he didnt seem to have a clue how to find them on the computer, the woman that was on test didnt seem to know if she needed to test them either but booked them in for a test anyway. The guy on the tills was very unhelpful and it took my boyfriend to prompt him to ask us to come back once they have been tested rather than us standing about and waiting. When we came back we were served by someone who looked like he was in charge however he looked at the sd cards and said one of them wasnt the plus one which it said plus on the front, he apologised and gave me my exchange voucher. Overall not a very good experience all three staff didnt seem to know what they were doing and didnt have very good customer service. I work in another CEX store and would never treat a customer like this and I know instantly that SD cards need to be booked in for a test to make sure they dont have any data on and secondly I dont know why he couldnt find them on the system because all you have to type in is the make of the SD card. Staff need to be retrained.
