Don't use this agent... First tried to sell my property to his friend and when i disinstructed them they have kept the property on right move and their website as under offer. The property is empty and because they continue to advertise, it has been broken in to.

After purchasing near 2,000 worth of surveys, reports and conveyancing, the sales negotiator and vendor's communication took a turn for the worse. They suddenly became hostile, with the vendor making false allegations of tampering despite photographic evidence to the contrary and a viewing representative being in tow! In effect, we were forced out of the sale. Whilst I can't say for certain it was some kind of act to support another party purchasing the property, it certainly felt that way. As another said, it seems sharp practice is happening. We were insulted over email, ignored until prompted, left out of pocket, missed preferential mortgage rates, and ultimately wasted several months of our time. At no point did a manager attempt to communicate with us, leaving matters unresolved. They just don't care. The property in question was in probate and has a possessory title, which we weren't told about until the solicitor mentioned an indemnity insurance policy. Avoid.
