Gavin Palin Funeral Services (Nantwich) - Personal 24 hour service

I lost my grandmother last year. My mother after extensive research, going by others testimonials and recommendations chose Gavin Palin and colleagues to care for my nan until the funeral. The care and thoughtfulness that was shown to my mother throughout the worst time in her life was exemplary. The little touches stood out the most for me; opening the office on a Saturday night to chat, making her a brew before a chat, providing explanations and advise without being condescending, showing genuine compassion, keeping her updated throughout everything and even asking simple questions such as making sure everyone was sat where they should be before the funeral service began to ensure everything was as perfect as it could be. Not to mention the care and respect they showed my grandmother until her service. I simply could not fault the team, and although a sad occasion, I came out feeling that we made the right choice using Gavin and co, and had so much respect for the work they do. Later in the year, tragedy struck again in my family. My uncle, who was more like a father to me, sadly passed away, and I was one of the individuals who was to make arrangements. There was not a second thought in my mind, immediately I knew Gavin and team should be the ones to care for him. This was also solidified by the fact my uncle himself really liked them having seen the service for my nan months prior. As before, the team went above and beyond our expectations; allowing multiple visits over the Christmas period, including on Christmas Day, supporting us throughout the entire process, allowing us the freedom to customise the service how we wanted it - yet still providing much needed guidance and information, along with support and taking care of arrangements. They removed all the stress, giving us the ability to truly design a service that was right for my uncle. I personally met Gavin and Max, both were very professional and empathetic, they immediately put us as ease and guided us through the entire process start to finish without hassle. I cannot thank everyone at Gavin Palin Independent Family Funeral Services enough, the care and respect you shown my loved ones, alive and sadly departed, as well as myself, shall never be forgotten. Each and every member of my family who met you all said what wonderful people you are and how lovely the services were. Although hopefully not for a long time yet, I can say for certain we shall be meeting again, to which I am sure more excellent testimonials can be written. Thank you.

I cannot thank Gavin and Max for all the help they gave me not just when my husband died but before they really went above and beyond they are genuinely helpful and caring nothing was too much trouble thank you.

We would like to thank Gavin and Max and all there team for there help and professional help we received from them in the last 4 weeks.
