Worst doctors surgery I have ever had. Patches system says try again tomorrow. Cant ever get a face to face appointment even for ruling out cancer. Bad attitudes from 1 doctor and 1 nurse. Had no support for mental health, brush me off to elsewhere who never get intouch, Im not prepared to keep asking anylonger don,t bother. I am definately leaving Tudor Surgery, 15 months of a bad experience here I,ve never been through elsewhere. Look at their reviews shocking!!

Never see you. One particular doctor who is mentioned below in someone else,s review is exactly how they explain, rude, arrogant etc etc, never come across a doctor like it. No support, left 12 months with an ineffecient refer yourself for help who never call back, or stand you up at their appointment, message them HELP they say try phoning NHS hub again, but still nothing. Joke. Arrogance or rude nurse calls asking why you need anything and says " I get the gist!" And another hospital before moving here said I needed an emergency stomach op and here say they're not prepared to send me for a scan and judged it on how many post mortems they,d seen. Suffered 12 months 24/7 they disagree or care. Their only nice member of staff is Dan. Trying to move to get a Doctor back I used to have. Leighton,s no good either!

Such a bad way to run a surgery disabled Child injured foot went through patches as that seems to be the way surgery's do things now . Sent pictures only to be told to go pharmacy so they can look at it ?!!!! Child needed a Dr not a pharmacist . I have no words for how terrible this practice is You fill out patches in detali and then spend half day wating to hear back only to receive a message through patches to say no appointment do it all again tomorrow. What has happened to Dr's patient care is no existent .
