        Our Ebay parcel said delivered but didn't have a code to be picked up so I rang Argos and explained the situation the lady on the phone was polite and helpful sorting the problem out immediately. Very good customer service.

        rubbish, ordered the item when we ordered it, it said pick up tomorrow 10:00 so we ordered it cause we needed it for that day we go to get it and they say it isnt here come back tomorrow, now sons in tears on the floor cause we go on holiday tomorrow

        Ordered & paid for an item for collection next day. Number on the outside was right but the item in the box was different and had its own number. Ordered a replacement to swap them the next day. It didn't arrive. No notification, had to go into my online accounts and orders to just see an update message that the date had changed. Not in stock anywhere near me. Cancelled everything and got the same item off amazon next day for a pound less. Argos just gets worse.. if you're going make it prepay only then get it right.
