        Dr Frost is very professional and is very efficient... who wants to sit in a dentist chair for long? Really well looked after premises and was very accommodating when I was late because the cab did a no show.

        Very poor overall, extremely poor communication, poor service, and still waiting since pre covid for the same treatment after repeatedly chasing.

        My dentist is great. Kind & gentle. Nurses also are lovely. A well organised, caring practice. Would recommend, especially to nervous patients like myself.

        Rang on the phone a couple months back to enquire if they accept NHS patients for children. Lady on the phone said yes, just turn up in the practice to fill in the form. I turned up. Zero accessibility for prams. I struggled to get in the door and maneuver my pram inside. The receptionist was very rude and dismissed me saying they don't accept NHS patients, especially children. Great customer service, hey? If you're not accepting new patients, the least you could do is be nice. No need to be rude
