        dropped a parcel off there yesterday, rude woman behind the counter told me off for it being too big to fit behind the counter and not to bring anything like that again. i explained that the courier website was fine with me sending something this size as i had to put the dimensions in, and if they don't have this capacity for anything other than small packets maybe they should review whether they should offer this service. i said i wouldn't be back and she told me i was being rude! never been in before, and won't be going back ever again. bad attitude.
