Really helpful. I had a network drive that appeared to have died. PSU was (as far as I could tell) working, but no lights on unit or sound of hard drive whirring. They diagnosed the problem to be that the PSU not providing sufficient voltage. Sorted. Quick, efficient......just great. Will use them again for sure.
