Kitty's High Class Clothing Alterations

I had the same experience as others last Year. Took Dress in for simple alteration for Holiday ( reduce the A line in it ) so didnt try it on. Go to wear it and she had not done as asked. Couldnt wear it. When I picked it up, she pretended to have lost it. When I rang her from Holiday about her work , I got feeling she found it amusing. Take what you will from this. Would never use her again.

Went in to the shop to enquire about alterations, was ignored by Kitty who was texting on her phone. When she did speak she was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure to meet. Definitely wont be getting my business. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Not a pleasant reception by owner who really needs to lighten up and be more pleasant. Item not ready after several weeks, told call back in 1 hour called back still not done called back again and waited in premises. Finished but not altered as requested and had to return garment.and again waited further 2 weeks. Would not recommend. Service: Alterations
