Amazing Treatment, cured my seized up shoulder & back. I went from not being able to dress myself to full movement & back to work in a week, hes brilliant, highly recommend him, he also has a beautiful practice very calming & immaculate and has a wonderful receptionist lovely lovely lady. I have suffered from neck pain and tension headaches for a couple of years which became unbearable since I started working from home more. My GP dismissed the link between neck pain and headaches and insisted on prescribing strong pain relief tablets with steroids. I tried sports massage and massage therapy which helped loosen the muscles around my neck and back but the pain and headaches returned withing days after the treatment. Since coming to Nantwich Neck & Back Clinic my neck pain has gradually been eased and I haven't suffered from a migraine for months. The treatment really helps loosen the muscles around my neck and I have daily stretches to complete which help, especially after being at my desk or driving. Dr Ridings & Diane are really friendly and professional, the clinic is welcoming and relaxing, and the whole process from booking to the treatment is well explained, it has been enlightening to know what is causing the pain and I would highly recommend to anyone suffering from a similar pain. I have suffered with lower back pain for a considerable time but I left it as I was always too busy, also thinking it would go away. It didnt and finally got to a place where I was in severe pain, barely able to walk and off work. I have received treatment at the clinic and the results have been amazing! Literally within 6 sessions I am pain free and flexible enough to resume playing golf. The practice is very friendly, well run and knowledgable. Diane and Dr Ridings have both been so supportive. Genuinely it has been the best investment of time and money Ive ever made. Thank you
