        From initial contact to a warm and friendly welcome, the service has been first class. Julie was super speedy replying and meant we got an appointment super quick (my son is autistic and he asked for a hair cut, which meant I needed to find somewhere quick before he changed his mind!) and pre covid lockdowns we had visited Gentleman Jack's so I knew we would be in good hands. Caroline knew exactly what we had in mind from the consultation and quickly got to work whilst i enjoyed a complimentary coffee. My son was completely at ease during the whole appointment and was even joking along with the staff - and his newly styled haircut looks very smart. Can't recommend enough. Thank you!! Services: Fade cut, Kids' cuts, Scissor cut
