Treatment was amazing, and Jackie was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable at every step. I was treated for a long Covid cough and it was very effective. I would highly recommend the Chinese Medicine Centre!

A truly wonderful Chinese Medical Centre, Dr Jackie has treated me with herbs and acupuncture, for conditions such as persistent sinusitis, IBS type symptoms, recovery from abdominal surgery and hormone balance. Her approach is refreshing, her knowledge is exceptional, I would recommend her to anyone feeling unwell, or suffering from persistent problems. Thank you Dr Jackie.

I have been seeing Jackie for a couple of months to treat a long time pain in my shoulders. This has been causing me pain over a number of years. I initially had treatments twice a week and after each session I would feel relief and then before my next session it would come back (but not as badly) after about 3/4 weeks I then started to experience pins and needles sensation in my shoulders in phases. This lasted on and off for about 3 weeks. The past 2 weeks I have experienced no pain and am feeling much more relief in my shoulders with much less tension. Jackie is very personable and made me feel at ease from the beginning. I am so pleased I continued with this treatment as it took longer then I thought but my pain now has been relieved.

I have been visiting Jackie for treatment to a wound/ulcer on my foot, which despite the best endeavours of the NHS, and 7 months of discomfort, inconvenience, immobility and pain, has failed to heal. The wound/ulcer being on old scar tissue from major surgery I had as an infant. With no discernible sign of healing following 5 months of NHS treatment, including surgery, I decided to seek alternative treatments and found Jackie, who is treating me using a combination of acupuncture and dried herbs. Many people might doubt the efficacy of using alternative treatments but I can honestly say that since using traditional Chinese treatments the transformation in the healing has been quite remarkable. The wound is now at the stage where it is almost completely healed and I am due to be discharged by the NHS consultant. Negating the need for a further operation and skin grafts, which is what the NHS had been proposing next prior to the wound showing signs of healing of its own accord. I have continued to see the NHS specialists but I genuinely believe that its Jackie's skills as a fully qualified registered traditional Chinese medicine practitioner that have made the difference. I hope that my personal experience will give you the confidence to seek her help but if you need further reassurance she is registered with both the British Acupuncture Council (BAC) and the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine (RCHM), which is where I found her following extensive research.

Our daughter had been suffering from chronic pain and constipation which had left her in a wheelchair and stumped the children's hospital she is under, who could only offer her pain management. After nearly 3 years of not getting anywhere we decided to try alternatives as at 15, she was incredibly worried about her future. We are so glad we got in touch with Jackie! It has been 3 months so far and the change has been life altering! She no longer needs the wheelchair and is off the medication she used to help her sleep. Her bowel issues have resolved and she can finally see the future she wants and deserves. Jackie has been amazing throughout, explaining everything and is so thorough and kind. I cannot recommend her enough and will forever be grateful for what she has achieved for our daughter.
