Not knowing anything about a mortgage or buying a house, Linzey came highly recommended. We met in January and had a mortgage agreed within days. Linzey took care of everything for us, we were truly looked after throughout the entire process. She explained everything to us right from the beginning and no question was to big or small (and there were a lot). Linzey was completely honest and professional, helped us to understand the things we werent quite sure of, even helped when communicating with the estate agents with what to say. Linzey was recommended to us by a family member who she had found a mortgage for. This was our first time buying a house and we had absolutely no clue about what we would need to do or how the process worked, but Linzey made sure that didnt matter. She walked us through ever single step, took care of everything as soon as it got to her, she was available on the phone, email and text whenever we needed to ask about anything and always made sure we felt at ease with the process. Would highly recommend this lovely lady to anybody buying, but especially first time buyers who might be nervous at the daunting prospect of buying their first home.
