I cant recommend Sally enough, she has helped me more in a shorter space of time than previous therapists in the past few years. Easy to speak to from the first session, incredibly knowledgable about so many aspects of well being and mental health. I actually looked forward to going to sessions because I knew I would come out feeling so much better and more positive. Thank you so much Sally, youre a true life changer !

Sally recently worked with me through some very challenging times. I found her approach to be compassionate but also future focussed. Her guided imagery was fantastic. Highly recommended.
