I would like to thank all at motor vision for the brilliant service I received when purchasing a Van from them. I mainly delt with Kevin who was from the start was very genuine, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me as was having Van delivered and stayed on phone with me through hole process. There was no hard sale. Just honest and friendly service to the point of Kevin re-phoning me to explain some thing on Van so that when I received the van there was no hidden issues with what was expected. The hole process was very quick . The gentleman that delivered theVan again was very genuine and explained all about Van as well as going through paperwork. Really appreciated. Would highly recommend this garage thanks again.

I would never buy from here again. I've ended up with a car that has been in a front end smash and had sub standard repairs. Don't believe the line about using their own warranty. AA or RAC wouldn't repair a vehicle with second hand parts that they have no idea of the condition or milage of the car they came from, or take 5 weeks to do it. Good at sales, they were very friendly and helpful, but no so good at after sales. I wouldn't recommend.

We had a choice between buying a used van privately on EBay or via a local dealer. In the end we bought from MotorVision in Naiksea because the dealer Ricky came across well and it was local. We drove off with a good van but it developed an AdBlue issue soon after. I contacted Ricky at MotirVision and with no push back they took it back in and sent it to an independent specialist in Bristol. Since then MotorVision have foot the bill without any quibble for 5k of work to make it right. I am really grateful to Ricky especially. To anyone contemplating buying from MotorVision they have gone beyond what I thought anyone would do. Emails and WhatsApp are always dealt with within 24 hours. Totally recommend MotiorVision and the people behind it all. I would also now heavily promote buying a used vehicle from a good dealer given vehicles are getting all the more complex and expensive to fix.
