        Please dont go to Waitrose Nailsea for the Hot drink and Cake offer in the afternoon. When we went yesterday there was one piece of cake left and it was all broken up. We asked if that was all they had to offer and we were told yes. Not what we expect from Waitrose. We left and went to Coffee #1

        Im not saying all the staff are rude. But the ones that work on the self service tills are. This is the forth visit in a row and every time the staff have been rude, sarcastic and impatient. It could well be that the store is understaffed and staff are under paid. But as a customer and the values that Waitrose uphold as a company, this isnt what they promote. Real shame.

        Very good store and clean very friendly staff. Staff will help you if you cannot find whet you want. Check out iis good. Self service is very good. The sandwiches and sausage rolls I ordered for a party were very good

        Toilets are dire every time I go to use the ladies. Really need to be decommissioned and all replaced
