I dont have much experience of seeing physios or therapists, but I have had two injuries that Holly has provided treatment for and I feel that I have received the very best treatment and advice from Holly. Holly takes time to assess you thoroughly and diagnose the problem and then explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. What is most impressive and why I would happily recommend Holly, is that she follows up and genuinely cares about your recovery. There is no pressure for repeat treatment, it is simply Holly wanting to know how you are getting on and ensuring you are recovering. I highly recommend Holly.

With over 30 years of martials training I have had my fair share of injuries and seen many physio and other therapists. From the first assesment Holly was clearly in a different league, she analysed the incident and the symptoms i was experiencing. She gave me targeted exercises which she quickly modified when i had issues. Thanks to Holly my rehab was going very well, but then I had a bit of a mental health problemand could not attend sessions. I was very grateful to get a follow up message from Holly to check progress and move my exercises on. Genuinely couldnt recommend her more highly.

Have just completed a rehab of a calf/achilles injury sustained in late February playing squash. Holly has been outstanding in her approach to helping me. She has been professional, thourough, empathic, enthusiastic and well-organised. My treatment included: diagnosis, deep tissue massage, exercises and acupuncture. I felt that my treatment was extremely good value and that I only had the sessions that I needed with some breaks in between visits while I did the exercises. I would highly recommend Holly to anyone who has suffered an injury and will definately visit her again if I need to.

I was very impressed with Holly and Savage Sports Therapy. This was my first visit for a shoulder injury. Holly carried out a very detailed assessment of my injury and was able to quickly determine what was causing the problem and provided a very tailored physio session. Holly also provided some preventative exercises/movements for me to carry out. My shoulder injury has healed very quickly. Would highly recommend.
