Would not recommend as a saddle fitter. Awful experience as a new horse owner, felt taken advantage of and very disappointed. 100 down and I still dont even know what size saddle my horse needs. Jane came out to measure my horse, charged me a travelling fee which I wasnt made aware of, only brought two saddles to try and neither fit. Then told me I would have to pay another travel fee for her to come out again with one more saddle to try that was double the price of what I said my budget was. Ive contacted her twice to get the measurements of my horse and find out what saddle size I need and I still havent been told. Not sure what I spent my money on, had to get another saddle fitter out to to do everything again.

I would not get these people out to fit a saddle. I had them out a couple of weeks ago, had a saddle with a changeable gullet, as soon as she saw the saddle she said the tree could be broken, when I said it was checked not that long ago she changed her mind about this, then went on to say they don't make gullet for the saddles anymore. She then put the saddle on my horse and said it wasn't wide enough even though it fit my fjord and it was too long even though it fit my pony who was shorter than her! She said the saddle didn't fit at all and the cheapest saddle she could sell me was 700 which was synthetic but she didn't have any in the van. I had paid 60 for her to come out and she wanted to charge me again to bring the right size saddle. Seemed like a money making technique. I decided to get a 2nd opinion with another saddler who said the saddle fit my horse perfectly, they do still make the gullet for my saddle and charged me 10 to come out and check it fitted. I would not trust a word that they say. Complete rip off merchants!!
