Highly recommended! Alison's the third osteopath I've seen to try and fix a year old shoulder injury. Through her treatment I've seen the most improvement and feel I'm now very close to being fully recovered.

Alison was very thorough at the initial assessment and combined the best of both osteopathy and physiotherapy in her treatment. I particularly liked being sent a sheet of exercises, so I could do at home to help my rehabilitation, as it felt empowering. Theyre great to do first thing if Im feeling stiff and also useful longer term keeping my back flexible.

Alison is welcoming and friendly and has listened carefully to my description of symptoms to work out a treatment plan. I have had 3 sessions now and am definitely feeling some improvement in my pain level. Thanks Alison

Amazing therapy results!! I have been suffering with tension migraines ,tense shoulders and back. Alison has worked wonders on me- after one session I felt amazing so relaxed, have not had a migraine since. Not only is it relaxing and takes away stress. It works, it has been a relief to find this I am so glad a took the step to source this therapy.

I went to Alison with the numerous pains in my feet my knee my lower back neck and shoulders. Her gentle treatment made me feel better after only the first session. I have continued to go and have been encouraged with some exercise to loosen my tight muscles. The other thing that I notice has changed is my outlook on life. I was beginning to feel hopeless I know look forward to progressing and feeling more like myself I can now see and end to pain in sight. Thank you so much Alison.
