Could not be happier with the service provided by Tom. Have brought my JDM Hawkeye in to him a couple of times after purchasing the car in January 2023 firstly to help rectify a faulty starter motor and with his expert opinion and thorough diagnostics report I was able to get the dealer to agree to pay for the replacement part and labour fee. Then to rectify a minor oil leak and today he has been able to diagnose a leak caused by the power steering system which ultimately had worked its way through the cam covers onto the cam belt. Belt has been replaced and the leak addressed and cleaned up. Throughout each visit Tom has sent me pictures and an explanation of the root cause of each fault giving me confidence in his keen eye to detail and his transparency leaves me 100% confident that my car is in safe hands. Could not recommend him enough and Im happy to have found a reputable specialist to keep my STI looked after for many years to come.

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I assume they have gone bust as don't supply parts paid for and don't respond to any calls or emails. Best avoided!!

Dealing with Tom couldn't have been any better if he had tried! He responded in minutes, answered all the questions I had and shipped the products the same day, they arrived the next morning with some sweets too. Won't be shopping anywhere else for my Subie parts!

Check you receive what you've paid for - changed an item he didn't have in stock but didn't tell me, naughty. When part was returned (at my cost, It wasn't my mistake), Royal Mail left delivery note as could not deliver, I informed them item was at their local sorting office but they still didn't collect it/arrange redelivery, postal service returned to me eventually. I have photos to prove went to right address and delivery was attempted. To top it all i eventually found that a seal was missing as well. A bad day? #Edit, happy to send you the emails Tom, of which there were many! Its a while since i bought the item but i will send you another email with the details and you'll remember. You categorically did NOT inform me of the change, i brought it to your attention! #Edit 2 - The timescale doesn't matter Tom when giving accurate feedback. Your first reply says you would not have sent another item without prior contact, but your second you actually admit that was what you did - the fact i was annoyed at the time has been completely justified as you said you wouldn't have done that - but did. The quality of the item you sent was questionable and i had to get a refund from paypal, you were not forthcoming in the whole process and it was a nightmare. As i said in email the 3 year delay was because you sent the wrong part, i planned to fit it soon after purchase but couldn't due to your mistakes, i've only been able to fit items recently hence noticing the seal missing and the delayed review.
