I was seen by Emelia for a 60 minute sports massage. All round great experience and she focused on a long term injury relieving muscle tension in my back. Very professional and would highly recommend.

I can't recommend Nailsea Physio highly enough. I saw Andrea for a prolapsed disc in my back, which resulted in significant pain and mobility issues. I was immediately impressed with Andrea's knowledge and ability to explain what the issue was and how the condition could be improved. Each session provided different exercises which were always at the right level to improve the condition without being too much. I was also pleased as the condition improved the period between sessions increased, not needing to book sessions which weren't needed. Over three months I am almost back to 100% strength after being unable to walk and told surgery may be needed, so the impact of the treatment can't be understated.
