Faultless, 5 *****!! I chose Westcoast Properties, from a couple of other options, the moment I met their representative Rachael. Rachael radiated enthusiasm and made me feel that my house was the most important property to sell. She was extremely knowledgeable and offered commission rates that beat all other offers. Her personal interaction with the customer whilst the process of viewing and selling was ongoing was absolutely perfect. This also clearly filtered down to her staff as I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of team member Ben, who went the extra mile for me in understanding a few complicated solicitor queries. Selling a house can be stressful however, Rachael and her team made the whole experience just about pain free. Cant praise highly enough. Thanks. Simon

I chose Westcoast Nailsea over other agents who valued my property as I judged were best suited to find and see me into a new home. Turned out to be a good choice. Rachael, Gemma, Kathryn and Wendy work hard as a team to get a good result for their customers. Just what you need: an agent who will get stuck in and make it happen.

We have been totally impressed with the sheer professionalism & dedication of the whole team to produce a successful outcome. When we originally instructed Westcoast, we were aware that Mortgage Interest rates were dramatically increasing and that the market was not as buoyant as it had been over the previous few months. The team set to the task enthusiastically and arranged several viewings within days of our instruction, always advising us of potential purchasers comments. We were anxious to secure a speedy sale as we have now purchased a brand new home.
