        Whole customer journey was excellent. Booking MOT online was really simple and efficient. Manager on front desk and staff were all really friendly and helpful. Car actually failed the MOT but was given good detailed explanation of failing elements (and advisories) and what the options were as the the best approach to resolve. Luckily I managed to fix the problems that afternoon and they even managed to fit a re-test in the same day. Really impressed and will definitely use in future.
