A short session with Laura really showed us what our puppy is capable of doing now that she is 1. Laura went through several short activities to help us to shape Indi's behaviour and encouraged us to increase the challenge in the activities that we do with her. Indi loves all of the activities and we are beginning to see lots of progress in the areas that we have been working on. Previously, we had booked a series of new puppy sessions which were incredibly helpful but the extra session, now that she is older, was really helpful to reduce a few behaviours. Laura explains everything very clearly and is full of fun and interesting ideas. We were amazed at what she could get Indi to do and have done our best to replicate it.

Laura at Puzzled Pets has been so helpful with our young rescue dog and we've made good progress through the sessions with her. I definitely needed some reassurance with training and have learned a lot myself, and been given really useful advice and resources for continuing the training at home. Very happy to have found Puzzled Pets; Laura is very calm and knowledgeable and my dog loves her, would 100% recommend!

I contacted Laura after researching local dog trainers in my area, as Frank at 16 months had changed completely, he stopped responding with any recall, demanding attention and I was loosing confidence In my approach to walking and training him . After speaking to a few others and reading about the trainers I spoke with Laura and straight away her positive advice and approach to training made me feel so much more ease. I had 3 personal training sessions and lots of advice and emails to help with positive training and techniques. I cant recommend Laura enough its been such a positive experience.

Laura was recommended to me and I would throughly recommend Laura to anyone. Lauras method is all positive training and it is truly rewarding. Kimmie was nearly 5 when I took her and had been a breeders dog, effectively I had a 5 year old puppy. Laura is patient, calm, intuitive, encouraging, very knowledgeable and is clearly interested Kimmie. Each time I saw Laura she would assess where we were, address any issues, work on different aspects and leave you with a clear idea of what to work on until the next time. If unsure or questions in between Laura would reply to these. Laura was good at managing expectations and the fact that time is required. The end goal was always in mind but all of the foundations needed to be worked on to get to that stage. The method of training was about providing me with the knowledge to be able to implement this. The difference in Kimmie is unbelievable. We still have a little way to go but in the last 4 weeks all of the hard work is paying off and Kimmie is now mainly off lead even in challenging environments.
