I purchased a new with tags pair of Chinos from St Peters Southmead shop The Peacocks tag said 40 waist 32 leg,when I got home without trying them on I removed two of the three tags.On trying them on they were obviously mislabled and probably a 36/38 waist.I went into the Nailsea branch with my receipt and the tags and attempted to return the chinos for a credit note..The return was refused because I had removed the tags.The manageress was asked by staff to consider the matter but refused to help.I left the chinos in the shop as they were of no use to me.Very poor customer service indeed

St Peters Hospice is a great charity and provide a great care at time of real need, I've even helped raise money for them beforehand, however my experience today in this shop was not good. All of my items that I wanted to buy had bar codes and prices on them only for a member of staff to say one item (present for my young lad) shouldn't be on the shop floor for sale and needed to be process, when I asked how long this would take... over a week was her reply - really! I can't help but think that this member of staff wanted it for herself. Immoral and wrong! Very disappointed with the service here.
