Amazing! Proper butchers, these lot really know what theyre doing. Been getting their sausages, bacon etc for ages and the quality is exceptional. Stopped by to get some beef mince and cooked a show-stopping spaghetti bolognese earlier. Super knowledgeable and friendly team who are masters of their craft. Will be back soon!

I think we are very lucky to have such an amazing butcher as Bakers. The service and quality of food is something you wont find at a supermarket which is why Bakers is the only place I buy meat. A pound spent here goes much further than a pound spent at a supermarket. My partner and I like lots of people are rushed for time so we particularly like the fact the team there will produce easy cook meals which are not only great value for money but taste great too. Last week I was introduced to Joes new product - his Italian herb meatballs which I cooked up with onions, garlic and a tin of tomatoes. They were so tasty I popped in a few days later and brought what he had left so that I could freeze some and cook the same meal again. The team are only too happy to offer some inspiration if Im unsure what to get. My partner fancied some diced beef to cook a stir-fry so they suggested they could slice up some fillet tail which is the thin part of the fillet (very luxurious) but not expensive, marinade in their Indian mistry sauce. They were right because it was delicious. This is service and quality you can only get from a local business. We know everything is locally sourced because they name who the farmers are and all are close - this is minimal food mileage! Keep up the great work team and we both look forward to trying whatever your inspiration cooks up next.
