        We had a side extension done by these guys in 2019/20 in Tickeham BS21. Unfortunately a number of simple mistakes were made by David and others which the builders were not prepared to admit fault leaving tensions throughout the build. Since the work has been finished we now have a leaking roof on the new part of the extension and Tim the owner admits it was their work but is not prepared to come and fix it. We are considering legal action now. Honestly i couldn't recommend these guys, not because they made mistakes but because they are not honest and fair. There are many better builders out there. Avoid.

        In response to Richie S. It's a real shame that he feels this way after we completed his extension. Richie & Anna seemed very happy with the end result at the time and delighted with our team and Creative generally. Maybe, it was something to do with the fact that we completed external landscaping under a verbal instruction from himself and then decided it was outside of their budget and couldn't pay for it. Funny That !!
