        We've had 2 extensions designed by Andrew now and on both occasions we have found Andrew to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing great ideas and designs. All work with Bristol Council has been handled well, pushing through planning and building regulations approval with minimal hassle. All round great service and value. Highly recommended.

        Despite the Pandemic Andrew Hirst of Cadplan has efficiently managed the planning phase of our renovation, from our initial brief right through to final approval from building regulations. The process has been smooth and timely and we have found having Andrew's experience in the dealing with the process very reassuring. Andrew has also offered us additional advice on materials/finishes . We would not hesitate to recommend Cadplan to anyone with building project in mind
